(Read the first part here.) "It ain't over till it's over." Pushing the gas pedal on your organizational skills and the break on all the rest of your life results in going through the very last weeks at supersonic speeds. It's a shock.

As I am writing this, I haven't really had more than 5 hours of sleep per night over the last couple of weeks, and I have just returned from a play I was in. If the level of adrenaline in my system could be a negative value, it probably would be.

Four years ago my first roommate, then in More Honors, was telling me how More Honors was actually a mock-show and how cool it was to get nominated. Then I didn't quite get her point: how can it be a MOCKery, but at the same time, COOL to win? It can't. That's the point. Although vampire movies seemed to have lost their popularity after the “Queen of the Damned” mania in 2002, Twilight, which opened in cinemas last November, appeared just when we were all craving for some supernatural romance over Coke and popcorn.

Sziget, Hungary

After some 15 hours of bus-tripping and ill air-conditioning (say nothing of the five hours I spent on the Serbian border, because our bus broke down), I arrived in Budapest. They say one should always look for the golden mean, and in that case it was definitely Obudai Island on the Danube, right between Buda and Pest, where Sziget Fest has been taking place every first week of August for the last 15 years.
