Frame, a restaurant located across from the Old Dublin Irish Pub, opened in May. As the owner of Frame also runs the long-standing Memo Club, both places embrace more or less the same design concept. The interior harmoniously combines modern with retro. The creative use of space, light and the old-fashioned furniture set a layback, relaxed atmosphere.

Tall white pillars at the entrance and large glass windows portray the name of the restaurant.

(Updated April 20, 2009)AUBG will soon see the birth of its first Gay-Straight Alliance, as part of the university's People to People International (PTPI) Chapter. Senior Vesselina Tasheva, the leader of the project, said the goal of the Alliance is to promote tolerance at AUBG and create a support system for gay lesbian bisexual and transgender (GLBT) students.

Alexandru Panici is a junior majoring in Mathematics (MAT) and Economics (ECO) and a Student Representative to the Conduct Committee. He has been a work-study for the Chair of the Mathematics Department for two years, which he believes to have shaped his organizational skills.

Vladimir Popov is a junior majoring in BUS and Economics (ECO) .He has been a Resident Assistant in Skaptopara 2 for the past year. Popov is a Student Representative to the Bussiness Department, for which he drafted a complaint against the theory-oriented teaching method of BUS professors.
